do not buy a axis Waite a yr and see if the thing holds together .
I know for a fact the production motor was having serious serious issues and was being farmed out to find the root cause.

It all depends on your riding style. The ProX sits 2.5" higher and is made more for ditch banging and jumping for aggressive riders. The ProS will corner better and is more suited to trail riding. Polaris figured only 10-20% of riders should ride the ProX. Google 2015 Polaris Axys and you will find some good information and reviews.

I would bet 90% of riders will not use the X to its fullest capability. That's an awfully aggressive set up. Go with the S. Unless you're in the 10% and beat the snot out of your suspension.

I bet 90% of snowmobilers think they are in that top 10%.

if u are in the top 10% that can use the x package U already get deep discounts or free race sleds every yr and prob have 0 interest in anything else.

Obviously I wouldn't know as I've never ridden one but I highly doubt it's as aggressive as some may think. I think Polaris is just trying to give it a "Bad to the Bone" reputation.

Thats what i thought when i sat on both at lake Geneva. The s felt way soft but the x didn't fell to stiff. I'll be happy with my choice!!!

If you want to fight ski lift in the corner but go jump a highway you are a Pro X rider! If you want a very capable trail sled in a wide range of conditions (including aggressive) buy the S. Our ego's are better than our skills for the most part!

Fighting ski lift is a total drag you just don't need to do that now days with good shock set ups ...if ski lift can't be tuned out of x I would go s all the way.

I messaged guys that rode the x and they said the pro r has more ski lift in the corner. They said the reason the s corners flat is because of the track.

I would guess the 2.5" seat height difference would be a bigger factor in ski lift rather than the track.

The more traction you have in the track, the more ski lift you'll have in the corners, all else being equal (i.e., without adjusting other things to compensate). So it makes sense the x would have more ski lift.

Claims knowing a fact, but no fact given. Wait for facts
