The original poster was asking for help finding a 2013 or 2014 Backcountry. How many replies actually answered the question?
Responses like this make potentially helpful internet message boards useless. Do the people who posted here really think Shift08 hasn't done the homework and research necessary before deciding to spend $xx,000 on a Backcountry 800? I'm sure Shift08 has read these same opinions and observations over and over in a million posts on this message board and others.
There are lots of other good discussion threads dedicated to the good and the bad of every sled and engine, sprinkled with facts, real-world experience, opinion and re-gurgitation of things people have read on the Internet. I'm sure Shift08 has sorted through all of them.
Moderators, it's up to you to decide if you want to course-correct threads by deleting posts that don't obviously help the OP. Or you can let every thread sound exactly the same by the 5th reply.
