carry a thicker screw driver and one of these SLP clutch tools. CHEEP and EASY i can do weights in minutes on the hill

Bingo, better yet, get a short piece of 1/4" cold rolled steel, put it in a vice, heat up, and bend it to above shape. A lot cheaper than the SLP one.

All your years of snowmobiling Wayne, and you have never changed out clutch weights before? Your snowmobiling man card has been revoked.

I just run it over to my brothers sled shop and he does it for me for free as I drink all his day old coffee. We worked the other night on dimple dies and researching back bumper options for my new sled. Ordered the Holz bumper replacement. we could not build one for the money they charge. In the past I have always pulled the clutch out of sled to change weights. We also designed and fabricated a Pack riser for Poo and sledskinz tunnel bags to help eliminate heat build up and to help with cooling for the RMK Pros. Very similar to how the Mtn. adiction gas tanks are mounted. I can sell these for under $20 a pair. So I have been busy, just not doing much tile lately.
