It is sad that we plan our trips and expect perfection, travel hours, prepare meals, pack our gear, etc. And then we reach our destination to find all is not what we expected. It's not hard to explain, nor am I making excuses for what some may have encountered for poor trails. But the fact is, our groomers cannot give you a perfect ribbon, when temps are over 32 degrees, the traffic has multiplied by 100%, and riders are on the groomed trail immedantly after the groomer has passed, all of this factors into poor trails and nothing can change the facts, warm temps + lots of traffic + no time to set up trails = bumps that turn into moguals when there's extra traffic and stop and go drivers. If you head north, south ,east or west there is always the possibility you will encounter poor conditions. We have traveled west to worse conditions then this past week, it's luck of the draw, and we need to all relax and eat a snickers bar ( man up everyone)!
