Not to be argumentative but that GM Avalanche could have been some sort of seizure or forfieture vehicle that the sheriffs office had gotten their hands on for "free" by taking it from the "Sh*%head". In my department we have numerous seizure cars in our fleet of "duty" vehicles. Many times you are much better off to run the vehicles as duty cars rather that take the beating you get at a wholesale auction. And in Illinois at least once you sell that car there are "very specific" controls on what you can and cannot do with that money. Making the "duty" cars just makes good sense many times. Again not being arguementative just trying to offer another possible explanation

On her door and give her the newspaper article about the huge raises The administrators gave them Self this yr avarge 30k now the head gets 175k a Yr for the children of corse .after he reads this he will prob want a excursion no not good enough for the childred now a escalade that would be good for the children

My soon to be mother in law is a nurse for a local school system. They got a grant from the FED and had to spend the money or lose it. Guess what they bought. Alright I'll tell you:

They bought Ipads for a bunch of staff members. Here's the kicker because it's not like ipads couldn't help work be more efficient. They bought the 16gig models that only have Wifi. THE SCHOOLS HAVE NO WIFI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talk about throwing money in the toilet! She uses it at home to browse the internet and play games. This is the same county that doesn't have money to support the board of developmentally disabled. Makes me sick.

I just looked wrong to me ? who knows could be legit. Could have confisgated it from a meth dealer ? But the school excursions being driven for personal use wrong. I'm not sure why they ( school system ) would even own them at this point. To have available for an administrator ???
