Ski Doo extended waranty

Buying new leftover 13 Ski Doo Grand Touring LE 1200. Any recomendations on purchasing the extended waranty or not? Can add an extra year for $300.00.

300 for a yr is cheep imho.
how long do u plan on keeping ?
I usually keep 2 to 3 yrs and if u can sell a sled with warranty left it is like gold . usually get 3/4 the cost of the warranty back compared to comp sleds with no warranty and it will sell way faster than your buds with no warranty .
and u get to keep that warm fuzzy feeling when u have your thumb taped to the bar for a hr running down a river or across those big cold lakes

What is standard 1 year? Helpful but 3-5 year is what you want. Like Ez says very easy to sell with warranty intact.

For what it's worth that motor is bullet proof. I have a 2012 1200 with 5300 miles now and not one issue. So maybe it depends on how much riding you do. I would bet you will never have a claim as far as the motor goes.
