sled trailer storage

Has anyone ever had their sleds and trailer shrink wrapped for storage, like the boats and jet skis do. Thinking of this to store outdoors instead of garaged this summer. Thought this would protect as if in an enclosed trailer

All that would do is create a ton of moisture and you don't want that.

So I'd be better off with just a tarp over the sleds?, they do have covers. But want more protection than just the covers, and hate to see my covers get all faded and looking like crap.

You could put your covers on it and throw a tarp over it and tie it down. Just so you don't tie the tarp to tight, you need to allow air flow so you don't build of condensation.

Look at buying cover for a RV they have air flow and keep the sun off that's the big thing and e-bay RV covers bet you could come up with one for under $100.00 that would work.

i personally would not store a sled outdoors..they will rust..and rust is the devil..its not like a boat..the only exposed is the prop/lower/hull..not worth it for the little space they take
