Snowing on Pikes Peak and other places in Colorado

I just checked the web cams on AccuWeather.com and they show snow in Co. today.
Get ready, might be a good riding season this year.

Not unusal to have snow in Sept at Pikes Peak. I have a bud that is there now do you know if the Pikes Peak road is still open?

Whitedust is right. I was at Pike's Peak in July a few years ago and it was snowing. When we got back to Denver that afternoon it was 90 degrees in Denver.

My bud is back in FL said it did snow at Pikes Pike so took train up & could not see the peak due to snow falling. The road up to PP is still open too.

I am planning to be parked at the lot at rabbit ears in the toy hauler for 9 days over new yrs.better work out this yr had to cancel last yrs new yrs Breckenridge/ rabbit ears/ trip.
