hello everyone, heres my story.so i bought 1 of those garden/utility trailers that triton makes for me to move around the riding lawnmower.it has the rear loading gate ramp for easy loading/unloading.heres where my problem starts i get a new tractor and try to load it up trailer and get stuck on deck/ramp,so the feud begins with the yelling and arguing and trying to keep tractor and and!!!!!! so dont know if damaged new mower, and luckily me or my dad not hurt . just a big inconvenience, triton never says anything about these kinda of problems.anyone have any suggestions, thinking about calling triton and telling them, but just looking for some feedback from the john dee clan out there.thanks alot 2014_0623AT-Italia0001.jpg 2014_0623AT-Italia0002.jpg 2014_0623AT-Italia0005.jpg

Reduce the angle of the ramp. Raise up trailer hitch put wood block under ramp you need to reduce the transion angle.

What could go wrong with loading a trailer not attached to the hitch?????
Ditch the built in ramp and get some longer ones for the tractor. Or keep the ramp and use longer ramps over it.
Or... buy one with longer ramp or no ramp in the first place.

i have a husqvarna 54 inch cut 26hp. just a regular rider.the only way to get tractor off is to get stuck on deck, then try to get off tractor and hold it,then lift tractor up from the back, sounds bad right.if you can find a lower ground to back trailer down it will load up/down fine.just cant find low spot all the time.would be real hard if you are by yourself.i also mounted piece of wood on the ramp but still woundnt work.yea what would triton do sounds good.just wondering a way mount ramp with better brackets or if they make different ramp, some how to get rid of angle

I think he was saying to leave it hitched to truck but crank tongue jack to lift front of trailer as well as truck. Less angle for back ramp.

or if he has a dropped hitch flip it over so hitch is always higher for the receiver for that trailer.
if it helps lots of guys have issues loading mowers in trailers.
I know guys who mow for a living who have to pop the fr wheels up every time they load so 9 10 times a day time it and go

I think you need to buy a tilt trailer instead. And I'll buy your ramp trailer at a discounted price. I mean since you scuffed up the top part of the ramp and all.;)

Get a low rider kit for the trailer and a lift kit for the tractor. You could also move to a southern state, sell the truck and trailer, and just drive the tractor around. As always,I'm glad I could help.
