Bought this yesterday as a parts sled for my Indy 650 I'm restoring mainly for the hood but they don't match. 650 hood is flat black and this one is metallic. The XLT sat forever and runs on spray but won't draw gas yet. (Probably dirty carbs) so anyway. All I can really use on the thing is the track sooooo what do I do with this thing??

any running pos is worth at least 800 to a grand after a good storm.
I have sold a few piles I got for cheep to free tossed a few hours in to em and covered the seasons gas in my day .
just don't have or desire time to keep my own chit tiptop any more let alone projects.
I have also just hauled messed up sleds to a swap if going any way with all parts for sale sign on it . shocking how much little stuff guys will buy of them and do the work to get it off. then at the end of the day they usually have a recycling dumpster or two to pick up all the abandon scrap guys don't want to deal with any more

you can place some adds for it as a parted out deal on some Polaris and sled sites, never know< but agree if you can get it running, and hold off till a BIG snow storm hit,
there's nothing like impulse buyers when it snows, that don't know any better and just want to play

you have all summer to find a seat cheap...goo off and a little elbow grease will take all that sap off. As Exra said a little time and a few packs of beer on your spair time and will pay for a trip or two when the snow flies.

Swap the tracks and Hood ( paint Hood) get it running and sell it, only other option is to part it out, which might bring more money.

Take what you want, sell it like it is for cheap to keep the sport alive.

Lots of people dont have the funds for new sleds, and a cheap project for a young kid who has never owned one might just Start a lifelong hobby, and we can all use the extra funds for trails
