Already back from the show! I met THE John Dee!!! Got a klim jersey, polaris mechanics shirt, polaris rush shirt, siphon, plugs, model snowmobile, and of course, STICKERS!!! Met the guys at BK Boat and Sleds too, and got my free can cooler (thanks guys! oh, and for those stickers too, my mom really likes em!). And before i forget, i was told by a smoking hot Klim chick that i looked like an aggressive rider and i should get a tekvest!!! lmao!!!

lol, i talked to john for a few minutes towards the middle of the time i was there, then an hourish later i went by his booth again (picking up stickers lol) and we started talking again. Seemed like there were a few vendors not there this year. Like this guy with a bunch of toy and model snowmobiles. Also, this year and last, shadetree wasn't there which kinda dissapoints me. Oh yeah, i got a yamaha skylar ;) every year i get one of port yamaha's $5 toy snowmobiles and put them on a shelf, 2 years ago was an apex, last year was an fx nytro, this year a phazer. Seemed like Ski-Doo places dominated the show!

I talked to john and the same smokin hot klim chic (her name is julie) and sorry john but the hot chic gets my vote - i don't even know what she said... i was to busy wiping the drool off of her boots

oh, one more thing, when i was talking to john, he mentioned you were coming tomorrow, if i were to run into ya, i was going to try and keep you on the Poo Poo train ;) (didn't exactly say it like that but something sort of close :) )

I was there last night too and had met John along with observing the hot chick at Klim and some other booths. I did see Spanky's but not Shadetree as Indy had mentioned. Didn't seem like Spanky's had much and I didn't even see a catalog laying around either.

Otherwise, picked up a new Doo Mod II helmet, some clothing and stickers for the trailer. I was digging the 'warning' stickers at the ridehard(?) booth. Indy, wood your mom approve of those? Oh yea, met the BK boys and seen Team Kessler guys eyeballing some performance parts. Was hoping to see a better selection of Doo sleds on the floor but it seem limited. I guess they had one sled for each category but would of like to see more again.

Had a good time with my friend and his boys thought which is all that matters. This definitely bumped up the urge to get riding! Think Snow!

Went last night also and had a great time, definitely got the juices flowing. Great to see some riding buddies again and met some (hopefully) new ones (skidoodragon).

Unfortunately it was a painful one for my wallet and I didn't even order a trailer yet.
Picked up some Klimate bibs, klim balaclava, Klim tek vest. (sense a theme here, yes I was stuck in the Klim booth also. LOL)
Also so picked up a CKK modular helmet from Spanky's. Dang, gonna have to work some ot !!

Indy, I cant belive I didn't run into you. Was keeping a eye out around the polaris stuff.

I'll be first to say that the show sucked. All it is is a giant coat sale now. Very few booths had mid-layer stuff, spark plugs, belts, oem hyfax, etc. You know, things that actually wear out. Very few of the "area" booths had new trail maps yet, so there wasn't much to learn there. I spent more money on food than I did in gear. Probably the last year for me.

For me, it is easier to just go to Highlands Yamaha in person, and get what I need.

went to jefferson swap/grass drags this morning, looked for a guy i talked with who had a seat on craigslist/ebay found him just as another guy was buying it, just as well it was a want thing not a need thing saved me some $$$. pretty good turn out of swap vendors & vintage sleds alot more people there than a few years ago never seen so many Herters snowmobile hoods before,then headed over to snow show to spend some money picked up a ez move sled dolly been meaning to get the last couple of years registered for a bunch of free stays at hotels stopped by JD's to say hi thank him for the great site. just a great day to get the itch going seeing all the other sledheads out.!!!!!THINK SNOW!!!!!!!

I picked up some Motorfist W.O.T gloves, we'll see how they compare to Klim, and three vids, of course two of them won't play! Stopped in and chatted with the boys from BK Boats, thanks for the koozee guys, ran into Cuzzinolaf and fgsacts, the Snowies are going to be a good time guys! Don't forget Cuzz, you spotted me a 100 yard head start during the shootout that Friday, being that I am only riding a 600. :)

I think there were more vendors than last year?

Talked to John for awhile, he was saying he almost lost his voice Friday night he talked so much. How many times do you think he heard, "are we going to get any snow this winter?" LOL.
