Ok Snirtdawg here comes my opinion. Please remember it's an opinion.
The casino has great beds, food on site, alcohol, and extra ways to loose or make money. To be honest I have stayed at many nice casinos while riding ( top of that list is Fortune Bay up on Lake Vermilion.). The casino has one major problem with it, and that is the trail you need to take every day to get to and from the casino. It is very narrow, tight turns, and allows ATVs because it is in Jackson county forest land. I have seen many good sleds wrecked on the weekends in this section of trail do to high speeds, carelessness, and DUI.
If I was staying in BRF I would pick either the Days Inn, or the Best Western. Both have great trail access, and the opportunity to leave town from opposite directions, and big parking areas.
The Days Inn has Culver's on one side. Burger King and McDonald's on the Other. Denny's directly across the street, and Kwik Trip for fuel.
The Best Western has an on-site Bar and Grill. A Perkins and fuel to the left, and a coffee house to the right. The trail heading into the Forest directly leaves the parking lot, or you go behind the gas station and go through the brand new tunnel to go north, or go around town this way to head West or Southwest. If you want to go to the casino it's three mile drive by truck.
It's your trip, but I think you would overall be happier staying at one of these two places. The Days Inn would be the most cost friendly of all three locations to stay.
We got 2 inches last night, and are at 4 to 5 inches as I write this tonight.
