Yes it was. My 15 year old son ran it. 96.15 mph. Pretty good for a 13 year old sled. 1000 thundercat only ran 84 mph. With the same amount of picks. yeah CMON!!!!!

That sled was stunning, yes money was lost, but there were a amazing amount of time and effort in that seld

The cash lost doesn't even compare to the time lost. He's been tweaking things on that snowmobile for YEARS. Majority of it was hand-machined. The motor that was in there is obviously not stock, so that had to be custom mounted. The pipes were hand 'tweaked' to fit under the hood. Good news is- he really enjoys working on them. The racing is a bonus, but it's the 'tinkering' that he likes. So he has a lot of tinkering in his future as he starts to rebuild a new race sled!
