Seabrook makes more than Keith. That one is a little strange. No trade clauses can be waived. Trades can happen where salaries are split between the two teams involved. And sometimes a certain player might not even make the team. Bowman is not dumb and can play the game as well as or better than most. Contracts are always structured in such a way that the team has more cards than the player. I know two NHL players. The team always has the hammer. Unless you are Sidney Crosby or some other Superstar. Hawks biggest problem is that all the teams in the conference are improving. With the exception of Colorado. Hawks need 3 big strong quick D. Hard to find but if anybody can do it Bowman can.

Better outcome Next Year

BYE BYE WILD guess there's always next year. Hate saying that year after year. But it is what it is.
Would like to jump ship and root for a Stanley Cup winning team.
When the Wild franchise started I told myself, I'm sticking with them through GOOD and BAD. We've had some good seasons, and played some good hockey.
So onto next year and hope for the best

Meh we just get some other talent back in, it'll take a few years to rebuild. I'm fine with that. It's only a 6 hr drive to Detroit for a game.

I am back and watching again. Been some really good games. Not sure who will go all the way.
Penguins were looking real good but now key guys out due to injuries.

I will go out on a limb and take the Edmonton Oilers, they are young but the little bit that I have watched very late at night they have looked very good.

What do "I" know about Hockey?
Well,...No where near what You All know,...that is a given,...
Living most of my life just North Of Green Bay,... all we had were the minor,..minor leagues down
in GB ie: Bobcats,..Gamblers,..
Went to a couple Admirals games,...
Was kinda a North Stars fan until they left my friends in Minnesota hanging,....
Tuned in when ever I could if the Red Wings and Blackhawks were playing each other,...
Went to a couple Bruins games when I lived in Boston,...and Their fans are pretty crazy,...
Went to a Hurricane game out in North Carolina when I was visiting a friend there,..
But since we moved to Nashville,... back in the fall,....
HOLY COW!!!!
NEVER Experienced the Craziness that a Home town N H L Hockey game brought.
Me and the family Jumped on the Predators Bandwagon early,.... even went to (5) games!
So awesome of an experience at the Bridgestone,... hard to explain!
NOTHING like NFL experiences,... but JUST AS EQUAL in another realm.
Seriously,...because of the unbelievable athleticism that sport brings,....WOW!
Probably now like it as MUCH as football,.... I found myself watching ALL the games once the playoffs started,...
But of course rooting for the Preds,....
Man,... If they can close out the Dirty Ducks tonight,....
This City is going to go C R A Z Y!!!!!
Ya Ya,... It is a "Southern Hockey Town",... but for 80 percent of their season,...
It "felt" Hockey-ish weather wise,....
Preds furnished a Rink across the street for the public,...
It was just so,.... HOCKEY!!!!! I am now Hooked!
I find myself holding my breath,....grunting,...hollaring,....(and I'm not even on the toilet!!) LOL!
This is the first time in History EVERY game was a sell-out,....
Great Environment!!!
Dang,...
I have to go stock up on refreshments,....
Going to have fingers AND toes cross for tonights game!!!

Right on Big Vin!

Nashville has become a great Pro Hockey town! I have yet to go to a game there, but I hear the fans are rabid for their team and the stadium rocks!

Since Chicago lost to the Preds in 4 straight this season, they have become my emotional favorite and as the playoffs have went on, that hope has only grown! It would be cool to see them win the conference championship at home for your city and then go on to take the cup!

Kessler was a minus 4 in the last game. He was partially responsible for Nashville's fourth goal which was the game winner. That is pretty much beating his brain in.

fair enuf..for me they smoked em..but all the more reason to root for them..hope the sens pull out game 7..sens preds would be great...
