starting a sled by spinning the clutch

Reminds me of the time when I wrapped the rope the wrong direction on my 06 600 SDI Renegade and started the motor in reverse. I really recomend reading your owners manual on how to change a belt and how to start sled if recoil breaks. What do people do who don't know this and it happens at night in the middle of no where. Walk? not good.

Also if you have to do it push the secondary open
and yank on the belt, it will give you a little slack
and make starting easier. I pull in for at night and open
the clutch while it and the belt are warm, helps
flipping the 800 over in the morning when its zero out.
