well after being given 4 ship dates that have come and gone i was finally notified today that my wife's sled has shipped. my dealer has not yet been notified but they are ready to prep and get it ready for me asap.

so far polaris has refused to give me a reason why it took so long to build and ship. sad that a sled that was ordered in April of last year doesn't get shipped until the 2nd. week of January!!

i can tell you that after this experience with polaris i will be looking to the other manufacturers in the future and will never snowcheck with Polaris again. (i have probably snowchecked a dozen sleds with them over the years) i have to wonder if polaris management is aware of how they are alienating their long time customers, or better yet if they care.

Poo's refusal to refund, or even explain their incompetence, is totally, absolutely unacceptable. I'm thinking you are right on the very last part, "they (Polaris Management) doesn't care. My guess is the Poo Mngt. is cause of your issue of not delivering in a timely manner. I have been told your Polaris snow check is due to be delivered no later than Dec 31. Your snow check should have assured that to be no problem. I'm with you as a loyal Poo guy, from what I have seen of their actions this season is just not good business. These thoughts will help decide if we buy a new Poo Ranger, or go with a Textron Stampede. I was a solid Ranger buyer up to now, but no more is that the case.

What good would an explanation/excuse do? It sure seems like they should be throwing in some freebies for the screw up.
