Good rule of thumb for trail applications, 1 stud per 1 hp, so 120 is a good number. I also agree with the above, no studs in the outside windows.

Killer forearms are not needed for stud installation. Do not overtorque studs. Torque just enough to have the head flush with the track.

OMG, how archaic....you must be kidding,.... I can't imagine hand spinning/tightening all those nylock screws.....doesn't everyone have a cordless or air powered driver nowadays...LOL
