Super Bowl 1/2 Time Show Opinion?

I hated it Rap dancers looked like zombies wandering around and Rap does not compare to Rock & Roll. Any Rock ,Pop or Country group / singers would have been more appealing. I’m not rejecting because it’s Rap but I need a melody in there somewhere. Wdut?

The Super Bowl to me is way to far commercialized now days. What the h--- would Vince Lombardi think of all this crap $$, that doesn't even pertain to the game itself? You most likely would have to bleep out most of his comments.

Sorry but this one’s too funny! On a side note I’m a Kendrick Lamar fan, have been since his song humble came out a decade ago. There was a much bigger message to the performance, and I think a lot of you would’ve appreciated the performance more if you understood what it was about.

Or this could be the end of it as well. This show was a direct product of the NFL having to partner with Jay Z / Roc Nation a few years ago when they faced a lot of backlash for racism. They partnered with Jay Z so artist would stop turning down the opportunity to perform at the Superbowl (at the artist cost). Hopefully they see the writing on the wall for who the target audience is and stick to more artist who appeal to a wider audience.

I wouldn't have even cared if it was rap, but sounded more like radio static. Annoying buzz of mumble jumble. Never understood a word he muttered. Stick with Carrie Underwood please

I knew Lamar is an accomplished poet but I couldn’t understand a word he rapped. Imo Grammys and SB half show has gone DEI. I like music but fear that especially the Grammys are lost for ever. So what happens?…imo commercially the Grammys become unimportant and music awards will be come more compartmentized like CMA awards.
