Level with the sled. You can see the tunnel is stuck on one tree and the ski is stuck in the stump of another.

I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how that happened! I'm glad I wasn't there to dig that cat from the tree. Would have been nice to have a crane or helicopter to get it out...

"So there I was... taking a break, eating a granola bar and drinking some gatorade. When all of the sudden, this tree and rock face come out of nowhere, pick up my sled, dump me in the snow and then proceed to hold my sled up 6 feet off the ground!"

At least that is what it looks like to me!

Ok off to get suited up and hit the bluebird skies and fresh snow of NW WY!

Looks like it was spooked and chased up the tree by something!! Someone else posted a great pic the other day of some sled sitting high up in a tree during the summer months. Kind of funny to look at, and think how it happened.

Copied from Facebook: "Crushed his rear tunnel extension and cracked the front bumper. He was up on this hilltop and was carving and didn't see this area that dipped. He slammed into it nose first, got bucked off the sled and the sled went down the cliff about 20 or so feet to where it landed in the picture. It was still running and he had to go down to shut it off. He is fine and the sled will be back up and running ASAP."
