Tek Vest

Do you sweat alot under a vest? I generally wear 1 layer under my coat, I run a bit hot. I would think I'd be soaked.
You actually hit on one problem area.......I'm a big guy and my TekVest keeps me warm with light shirts and just a Gore-Tex shell............BUT, my arms do get cool (even cold) from time to time. I suggested to my wife that she invent something like a reverse t-shirt......fleece sleeves attached to each other that only cover your arms. Or maybe a thin long sleeved t-shirt with fleece sleeves???

Does anyone had any input with the Six Six One N8-3 pressure suit. I was thinking about buying one but I was wondering if there was enough protection with just the pads?
I can tell you the sixsixone core protector with spine protection works, is comfortable, plenty of protection for me & breaths + has kidney belt. The traditional tekvest (many brands)won't breath it can't by construction hard plastic thruout & very thickly padded. Sixsixone website has videos on each model take a look then shop on net pricing $75 to $150 for same model so shop around online. I would say hot & sweaty guys should look at Sixsixone for protection because it does breath & will contour to your body. Very active riders skinny sculptured guys that move around a lot when they ride should look at traditional hard plastic tekvest probably will not ride up on them or chaf their armpits. Both sixsixone & tekvest excellent protection & good products. Sixsixone price are more reasonable & many more options & types of vests. I hope this helps.
