The ground is white

Well here it is May 7, 2010 and the ground is now white. I just told the husband I have the itch to go and get my sled out so I can go around the house and then I can say I rode sled in May. Suppose to get 2 - 4 inches here in Rockland, MI tonight. Will see what it looks like in the morning. I will just sit and look out the window and drool and dream of what I like to do best but have to wait till Dec. We need the moisture so that is one good thing.

It's supposed to snow about 2 inches in my area. If a lil bit sticks, I'M RIDING! I set my alarm clock to 5:45 AM. Even though i fogged my sled and fully summerized it, saying i rode it in May is worth fogging it again.

You bet Indy worth every minute! Hey we got our web cam hooked up today I was gonna wait for John to get us linked up, but I can't wait I'm to excited..:D exspecially with the snow coming down, so we have a link on our home page in the mean time :)

The WHITE GOLD is still falling. It actually looks kinda cool. The last time I saw it snow in May was when I graduated from high school and we had our senior class party. It was cold and was qutie the party. That was many, many years ago in Crosby MN. If this keeps up I just may have to get out the sled tomorrow. Hate to pass it up when I got the chance.

There was about 2" of snow when I left work this afternoon (Duluth) and it has been snowing pretty hard since. Some areas are reporting 4"; they are still saying 3-5" by tomorrow morning. I like snow, but I'd rather not have it now!

About 2 inches hear at midnight. Had to turn the heat on in the camper, since it was ready for summer and no rv anti-freeze in it anymore. Maybe the boys and I will have to make a snowman in the morning.

4 1/2 down here for us and still snowing, sure is purdy outside, bummer tho I forgot to cover my herbs with all the excitement...LOL hope they make it!
