The Mother of all 2015 snowfalls

Many are reporting a Midwest storm.
The follows the earlier predications by John Dee.
As John predicated, up to 8".

"Very early ideas on amounts are for a general 3-6" to in a 250-300 mile wide band that would run from Minneapolis to the Soo. Basically most of S MN, the northern 2/3rds of WI and of the UP. Some 8"+ totals would also be possible with this system and rains would fall to the south of those snows."

2015 is the key, the Mother of all in 2015,
Hey I can't remember Thanksgiving, 2015, except being over served

Bingo. Just end the suffering and bring on Spring and summer. Why wife always asked me why I ever read the worthless forecasts. Hopeful I guess but realistic too. I know what the outcome will be.

Hey, the big man is a Weather guy, JD, don't mock him, or we will all be on HCS, arguing who is the fastest
NOBODY can fill all the lists.

They now have us posted for 8-12 on Monday night.
Can't wait till Monday to see what the Real weather guy thinks of all this. I didn't put the tracks on the tractor yet, that might mean snow

No worries on the weather guy trash talk. I was out of town and did my last update on Wednesday. A very weird storm indeed. Had to travel from southern WI to home and thought we would be fighting slick roads and idiot drivers from around Wausau north. Did not encounter falling snow/slick roads until just north of Land-O. Way too much dry air at the low levels just evaporated the snow that was falling and caught on radar.

The storm for tomorrow night into Tuesday does look like a good one at this point. 6-10 for western IA, southern 1/2 of MN, northern 1/2 of WI and most of the UP.

Just remember folks, when you read 6-10, think about the 6 inch measurement, and not the 10. That way, when it happens and ya get 7 inches, you won't be disappointed, because all you were thinking about was the 10 inch measurement, you'll be happy, because there was more than 6. :)

Good advice.
Also, that 6 inches gets packed/melted to 3 inches because there is little frost in the ground. Good enough to cool the slides I guess.
