I put a new ripsaw track on my 02 renegade and it doesnt mesh with my driver wheels. Everything measures the same as the ripsaw I took off, however there is a spot where the track was spliced at the factory and the drive lugs are closer then the 2.52". Has anybody heard or ran across this? Also, there are are small ramps or ridges where the wheels ride on the track, what is the purpose here?

Are you sure you have the right track?? Should be 15 x 136/2.52 x 54 pitch.
Trailshredder, I'm not sure what the 54 is that you are refering to on the track size, but the pitch is for sure a 2.52 on the new as well as the old track. Just found that it seemed to always bind in the same spot on the track, and measured the pitch in that area and there are two lugs in a row that are shorter then the rest of the track. I believe this is the problem and was just wondering if anyone has run across this as it would be a factory defect.

54 refers to the number of pitches. For instance a 121" track would have 48.

No, camoplast stole cat's idea of that and now make it on all tracks. My ripsaw is the same wayi.
