Congats on the new trailer purchase.
One thing I did on mine was remove the aluminum angle on the floor edges at the ramp doors.
I also unscrewed the advantech flooring on the ramps and deck where they meet and cut the edges on a 45* angle to lessen the damage carbide runners do.

I need to get it he 400.00 to bring it to mil. I got one he has coming in. ? I have is did you do fuel doors or roof vent it co es with two side vents and all the other stuff you mention

I did the roof vent and I'm glad I did. Gets the exhaust out faster if I don't have both ramps open, and with the summer camper set-up it helps keep it cooler. Didn't do the fuel doors as I thought I wouldn't always have the sleds loaded by them and with the shorter hoses on the pumps today I wasn't sure they'd reach the sled all the time. Hasn't been an issue yet.

I did the same thing only after I tore up the cheap aluminum angle guard. That is my only complaint on the trailer. It looked nice but just ripped right out on the first trip.

I also finished off the inside this summer with foam board, some 110 outlets, lighting, E-track tie downs on the walls and FRP on all the walls and ceiling. Came out good.

Here are a couple photos but they're before the lights were installed and the last piece of aluminum guard was removed.
