Under the hood cleaning

Does anyone out there know what dealers do to clean under the hoods of used sleds before they sell them ? You look at them and they look like brand new. It is time to think about summarizing them and would like to clean mine like that..Thanks for the ideas.

pressure washer and minimum wage teen labor .
I wash mine out every fall at the car wash .then go home and do the detail work.
if u want it to get dirty real fast spray it down with foaming tire cleaner will look like new until u ride it

Tire foam is the trick. For me its almost all hand wash. I use purple power cleaner and degreaser.

Gunk engine cleaner works good, then I spray with tire foam. Don't spray the clutch or belt

Power wash an engine no thanks too many electronics yes on older sleds but I couldn't do it on new 4s & sdi di 2s. For me hand rub with WD 40 or mineral spirits for grime.

Tire foam is the trick. For me its almost all hand wash. I use purple power cleaner and degreaser.

I've used Purple Power Cleaner on the engine bay of my vehicles for years. It does an amazing job of removing grease, etc. Finish it up with tire foam and it looks nice.
