I don't get any paid vacation per say. BUT I only work 8-9 months a year, seasonally laid off (so its kinda like paid vacation just not full pay). So I can pretty much ride as much as conditions and finances allow (poor conditions local costs more to chase snow). For the most part the wife normally doesn't complain too much. Never counted the days of riding. Gotta be 30-45 days.

yes this pto thing sound very nice . I can take as much time as I want but it usually cost me money when I am gone .

Today is my really sick day.....stay tuned.....been off for riding since Saturday.....and have a scheduled day off tomorrow. With 32 personal hours to burn that you can't take with you when you are canned.....silly schedule maker....LOL....they will probly have to shut the place down!
