Weekend of 1-29-16 - where is everybody riding?

Well the weekend is approaching quickly and I'm sure many folks are on their way upnorth as I type this.

I look to be staying put this weekend. Our local trails are open but even I don't want to ride on the .005" of snow that's on them.

Where are YOU riding this weekend? Staying local or trailering somewhere?

No riding for me this weekend. Fixing on leaving for Sault Ste Marie on Wed the 3rd, stay till the 9th. Go watch the I-500 and visit family that still lives there. Put some miles on the sled while I'm there. Any JDer's up that way wanting to ride let me know, always up for a rip.
There is a vintage show this weekend close to me, 5 or so miles, probably go bum around there Sat so the whole weekend won't be a washout.

Next Wednesday morning wife and I are heading to our camp in Ishpeming . trying muff pots for the first time . I also switched to a goggle set up vs shield . We don't ride trails we ride our property to attaching property trails through the woods to the old elf line . Go west stop at some friends camps and never see another person . Just the way I like it

Tough 230 miles yesterday. LOC to Ontonagon to Greenland trails were pretty decent for how warm it was.
330 for weekend. Back and shoulders pretty sore and stiff today.
Few sled casualties but everyone's going home safe so that's all that counts.
Fun weekend!! How was yours?

no buffalo house.we went from barnum to just north of Hermantown and a few spurs . just a day trip .2 hr drive up ride and drive home. would have much rather spent the weekend north of silver bay. but any riding is better than sitting home watching the wife watch tv.
