Open - we're thinking about buying one, but I wanted to see what they weigh. Not sure about single or double axle yet...

My 3-place Floe 14 foot v-nose tandem axel with brakes on one axel weighs in at just over 1000 pounds. I just put the Sno-Cap on it last year which might add another 100-200 pounds to it.

I love it! It is everything that I wanted out of it. I also got the light kit and gas door installed which in my opinion is a must for a 3-place or larger trailer.
I got a great deal at snow show at the Minneapolis Convention Center last year.

I've had mine since 03 and really like it. Also have the gas door and I installed two inside lights a couple of season ago. Looking into updating after this season from our 3 place to a 4 place and will do another Sno-Cap.

You should consider purchasing it at the snow show in Minneapolis when you do get your trailer, they will really deal with you at this show.

Snow - The picture was from last fall. Yes, I had just replaced the lug bolts/tires and nuts, but later had the mistake pointed out and corrected it.

ww600 - Hadn't thought about it yet. Was gonna try and find some comparables before pricing. I picked up an enclosed last winter so don't need this one anymore. Shoot me an email if interested.

We were planning on buying a used trailer - how much does a new 3 place go for at one of the shows? Ballpark, as I'm sure there are many options...

doospunk - you're right, you're probably too far out of the way. But I would be interested in the price.

Is that a 14"?

Thanks...

Funny to see this thread popping up. Started 5 years ago in 2009. We ended up buying a trailer pretty much exactly like the one doospunk posted (same brand, same saltshields, etc.) and just sold it this Spring. Now I'm on the look out for a 3 place enclosed. We still have a 2 place enclosed clamshell that we bought in between, which we may end up keeping or selling, depending on how much we drop on the larger enclosed.
