On this beautiful summer weekend in MARCH!!!!! :)

Going on 10+ mile bike ride first, gotta get the grill cleaned up maybe a little "spring house cleaning".
With temps this warm might have to grab some Summer Shandy or maybe lemonade mixer. And finally might as well kick off summer with a bonfire.

What you gonna do?

Well I accidentally slept till noon AND I have this weekend off LOL now it's time to go work on the sled and tonight change the ball joint in my truck that I've been waiting to do for too long. By the end of the weekend I'm supposed to have the yard dethatched and swept up also. And I will watch all the motorcycles go up and down my road all day long...

Pinewood Derby this morning, not a very good showing for us. Hope to do better next year. Next year we'll have 2 boys, 2 cars. The rest of the weekend will be just the 4 of us hangin, doin' what ever comes to mind.

I cleaned up and fogged the sleds,...
put them away,...
and took the motorcycle out for a spin.
THIS WEATHER IS SO UNBELIEVABLE!
WOW!
40 miles North of Green Bay
80 humid degrees out on St. Pats day.
Incredible.

I want it to stay!

I've been cutting up a 30 foot red pine that fell from the heavy snow 2 weeks ago. As long as the warm weather is here, I hope it stays too! I have tons of doggy do do to pick up too ezra, but not one of my favorite jobs.

Pretty much the same. Power washed the crud off the trailer. Washed the wife's car and took the bike for a spin down to the lake.

Tomorrow, I'll summerize the snowmobile and put her away for that long summer's sleep.

Incredible weather, we'll be mowing grass in two weeks if nothing changes.

Since there is no snow, I went and found a job. Now everyday can be a Monday. Not sure where my sled ended up after IP trip. Should report it stolen??? Mama went to Chicago on a booze run and I am to tired to get in trouble. Work sucks.. still haven't waxed the boat.

Dropped the sleds off this morning at our cabin, had already summerized them so they are officially put away for now. It was pushing 70 degrees, if I woud have had more time I would have been tempted to drop a jetski in the water and go for a ride.

Got home after lunch and pulled snowblower and snow blade off tractors. Might do fertilizer tomorrow, a bit early, but why not get it down before the weeds start. Also picked up some paste wax today, if I'm motivated enough I'll wash and wax my truck and wifee's car on Sunday afternoon.

I think we're in for a big letdown in April when average temps eventually return.....sure would nice if I'm wrong and it stays warm.

And I refuse to even uncover the bowrider until late April....it's not even officially spring yet!

I thought the " colonel " ( my wife ) said another storm is working this way from the west. More snow or a dumping coming in a week ? I'm doing the St Patty's thing, eating Corned beef & cabbage, going shooting & buying guns tomorrow..... Just looked over at the sleds and after 21 days of working straight to get " my " weekend off ... I can't muster the energy to siphon the 1.5 month old gas out of 3 sleds & prep them for summer. Planned on using that fuel up instead of letting it sit in the machines.

Wish I could get excited about this warm weather. Think I'll go yell at my kids ( LOL )

Took the boat out on the Mississippi. Launched in Alma, WI and went up to Redwing, MN and back. Was actually just a bit chilly when we were up on Pepin even thought temp said 80°, the water temp 45° provided a pretty cool breeze up on plane.

4 bloody knuckles later I got the ball joint changed LOL Also peeled ALL the paint off my torque arms and all the other steel parts in my skid and have them all primed with red oxide tractor & implement Valspar primer. Tomorrow I have to start painting those parts and dethatch my lawn along with wash & wax my truck.

See you on the trail.

Building a bar for my gazebo. Playing with power tools, listening to tunes, and drinking beer. Next best thing to sledding.

Cleaned up dog crap in the yard. The dog must invite his buddies over when I'm at work. If he did that all himself there would be nothing left of him!
