Where did people ride this weekend?

I was coming back from Madison today and it was just a straight line of trailers on 90/94. It was close to 60 degrees and I was in shorts drinkin beer on the patio of the frat house Saturday. Was everyone and their brother confined to a 20 mile radius at the tip of the UP? Saw the camera in lando and I think my plans to ride on spring break in two weeks is a ngeative. 3 total miles of riding a half inch of snow this year in SE Wis. Horrayyyy!!

Friday was out of Lakewood for 195 miles. But don't think I would have rode that past Saturday noon.

On Friday, I discovered some remarkably nice trails in NE. Langlade Co. Snow in the woods looked to be the best in the area and trails were great.

We rode north of Finland for the day Saturday. Ran the powerlines with the family and was beginning to question my judgement of bringing them out there, lots of waist deep snow and very soft at 50 degrees. The 20 yr old 440 fan is not a real deep snow sled! At least its light! Did some digging while out there. Decided to get on the rail grade for easier going and I was pushing heavy snow over my hood for miles, nobody had been down that stretch yet. My wife just shakes her head at me when I take the family out there!

Lakewood Saturday morning, planned to only go for breakfast at Cassidy's in Wabeno. After a great breakfasts, trails where so good we ended up going north and west, looped back by 11:45 for an easy 102 miles. Back just in time before they where a mess.

TL are you old enough to be having that beer? JK I just remember you started college only a few years ago, about the same time as my son.

Unless yur on a Cat ecu'd viper and it lunched the starter in a backfire....you probly just need a starter relay.

I thought you had me blocked? ;)

Nope....14 Vector. Long story but 1.5 weeks ago the One Way Assy was replaced. Relay was not corroded.
Saturday.....bit the dust. Yesterday was at dealer they were getting ready to lift up the motor. Showed me the relay and it had corrosion that the same wrench said he would have replaced it if it was like that when he did the One Way Assy. Put in a new relay and that wasn't the problem. Starter is locked up. Popular opinion is a dead short or a magnet came loose. He's going to disassemble the starter when he has it out. He showed me a box that had 3 ECU trashed Viper starters in it.

Just busting your ***** are you still doing the sae snowmobile club? And if so are you going to houghton next week?

I am still part of the club and have been doing alot of work this year, but I will not be able to go to Houghton. I have some tests and can't really justify missing a whole week of class yet. Now that I am looking at the weather though, don't think ill be missing much. If i can get a picture of the sled its sweet looking right now. We got everything all blacked out with white skis even though none of our school colors are black.

Hauck told my friend that there were more than that.

That be a CAT ecu...why Yamaha let that chit ride is puzzling at best.
