Just came home from our 9th weekend, Minocqua Wi. Loving my purchase from last year. 2012 Apex XTX. I thought my 07 Apex RTX was a great sled but this XTX is a better riding and handling sled !

Have just about 1000 miles on my spring-purchased 2014 1200 Renegade and same on my wife's new '15 Viper LTX DX...no problems so far...just want to get a LOT more miles before the season is over!!!

I wasn't sure she was going to like the rider-forward Viper after coming off consecutive Vectors (2007 and 2010), but she LOVES it.

The more I hear, the more I'll have to consider s 4 stroke. Was dead set against them when they started building them. Nothing but praise for them by the people riding them. Since I don't get off trail as much as I used to, or would like to. Will have to look into 4S when I get my next sled.

Once you go to a four stroke...you won't go back to a two stroke especially if you ride mostly trails...Doo, Cat or Yamaha doesn't matter...pick the one that suits you best.

Each year more & more 4s models to consider..... All but poo deep in 4s product line. If you can deal with extra weight & some engine braking for trail riding heaven awaits you. Highly recomend eps for 4s trail sled....Yamaha knew what they were doing when they called it a game changer in 2011 while most of us blew eps off as a minimal feature..now that I have it only way to go with 4s. Too me the Viper has very hard steering and eps could be a game changer on all Viper trail models. Maybe this year who knows?

for years I resisted 4 strokes but this year I bought my 1st 4 stroke and love it..... I would burn 3-5 cases of Amsoil a season running a few 2 strokes...this year with riding 4's, I haven't even used one case of oil...... I am converted .....4 strokes for me, there awesome.

Just less than 1,200 smiles on my 2015 Renegade X 800. No issues and very impressed with handling, fuel mileage, and top end speed!

Ideal set up a playful toy & a big mile trail sled....best of both worlds.
