Why Watersmeet Casino closed?

I had someone who had reservations at the casino call & wanted to know if I had any openings as they had a message from the casino saying they had to cancellation their reservations due to an emergeny closing. I called the casino and they said they would be closed for 3 weeks. I don't know if this is just for the hotel or for both the hotel and the casino. We were at the casino today and nothing was said. Just wondering if anyone has heard why?

Yes they should. We called the casino last night and they told us for an unforeseen problem they are shutting down for 3 weeks.

Heard through the grape vine a water problem and just closing the hotel. But how could the rest of the place stay open if it a water problem

We were gonna stay there this weekend but they were booked already when we called but we were able to find cabin not far away.
