WI/MN Trail Suggestions

Not sure where you are but Jackson and Clark counties here in Wisconsin are really popular and are in state forest with no rail grades or fenced in parks.

As far as mn goes things are a little more limited.The silver bay area has some great trails.Hopefully headed to grand marais area this weekend to do some exploring.they have opened most of cook countys local roads to atv so going to try and head towards grand portage area?
Black river falls area is great also.depending on weekend they get pretty busy and dusty fast.

The Dunbar-Goodman areas and northern Marinette County WI are great! The Dun-Good trails are excellent as are the trails in Florence County. There's a free park & ride in Dunbar, right on the trail. Check their web site for lodging etc. From the park & ride, you can make several nice loops over several days and don't have to keep doing the same trails all the time. From there you can connect to Florence, Forest, Oconto counties and go into Mich too. Or ride the rest of the Marinette County trails. Dunbar's a pretty nice hub to ride from. We have the best trails, leaving from Iron River WI. Contact the chamber for a map. Hubby is grooming them. Yes we have a contract with the National Forest so some of those trails will be groomed.
