Looks pretty warm next week and in the long range forecast. This could be the final weekend with grooming.

I may have to head up tomorrow night and ride Sunday/Monday.

Sweep 800 - How about an update after your riding this weekend?

Thanks
Rode 40 some miles tonight, no reason to not be up here. Rode from SG to Sayner, star Lake, timbers and back to cabin(Big St Lake) some water holes but not a big deal. Crossed Plum, Star and Little SG , not real advisable!! If you do just stay on it! All in all trails seem great. Heading to Lance in morning I guess.

Heard no more grooming in St. Germain.

No need, flat and fast. Sayner however should send a groomer out.!

Thanks Sweep....when you leave, let us know if you think they will make it to next weekend. Need one more ride to burn down some gas.

Don’t take 8 east to Nestoria we had to U turn at first logging road from 15 down to mud last week diverted to Lanse at Hilltop for lunch. We don’t know how far that plowed section is but wet and mud made our decision easy.

Idk about next week supposed to be mid 50s by next Sunday. The sun today is a killer started off very winter like with flurries but any accumulation in the sun is gone now. I suspect some hard core riders may ride next weekend but I’m out and so are my buds all of us are putting sleds away this week some already hibernating until next winter. I can’t complain it was a good season just took awhile to spread snow statewide.

Yeah I know, wishful thinking. I was up four days last weekend and didn't ride once. Spent the entire time moving 4ft compressed snow off two roofs and 1/2 driveway. 2 full tanks of gas, never fired the sleds once. Maybe next year.

Isn’t that the truth I spent the rain/thaw moving snow from the roof away from my house.... fun times...NOT! Now it’s time to melt it all welcome Spring with open arms!

I checked out Longlac, Hearst, Cochrane, Ontario CA. And all above freezing by Tuesday, and thru next week to 40+ f. It's over! Much flooding up there in Ontario also.

We were in the same situation last week. We were going to take the sleds out for breakfast to at least get a little seat time but opted out of that as we were too sore to put the gear on as breakfast in the lazy boy sounded better. We really did not think the melt so far was going to be so drastic otherwise we would have convinced ourselves that we needed to hit the trail. Oh well, I got my seat time on the ATV.

One the trails now really getting warm and down where roads are. Not bad in woods but have to wait till later in day when they soften up. Overall really suprised wasn’t planning on riding after the rain but my 5 yr boy asked to go to lunch so hey why not. Not to bumpy since they stopped grooming but snow is the icy crystal type.

Rode 310 miles in Forest and N. Oconto between yesterday and today.
Found some great trails, some choppy.
Frozen hard mash potatoes in the AM and soft warm mashed potatoes in the PM.
Plenty in the woods. Pavement getting exposed all over.

Some water hazards as well.
Might give it a go tomorrow AM before heading back.

Seems like many stayed long enough to get a last ride of the season this morning.

10 day looks good for future golf.

you've got to love it how in this thread it's Doom and Gloom and everything's done ....and then if you go over into area conditions and ride info every single post is about how good the trails are and how many miles they got in...ROTFLMAO
