Too much money for Insurance for two sleds. Too much money for two sleds. Too much money for trucks and trailers to haul the sleds. Too much work getting the sleds ready for a northern trip. And a lot of money for cabin and eats, sno-gas.
BUT I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING!
Snomobiling is a passion! Period. I'm glad to experience a few hours of it while living on this Earth!!!
I ask my self that all the time.eaven when riding trails around the house and up north.but then I go west or the up an a good week and the first carve when the sled is sidways snow coming over the wind shild filling the running boards toss it back and launch over a big pile of whateaver is inder the snow the sled flyes and lands in a soft cloud then I remember why I spent the money and time.it is like crack but more expensive
just wondering why I put so much time and money in a sport that is so weather dependent sorry had to vent
Hey sorry indy, I misread the post, it was a tough new years and it was ten times worse because I could not spend it on my sled for the first time in years
TND- now thats a class act........
suck it up and quit complaining, if you cannot deal with the weather indy i suggest you sell out now. you are fifteen years old and things probably wont get much better in years to follow. this happens every year, and the whole state always manages to pull through it, so hang in there and in a couple weeks we will all forget about the late december thaw of 2010. Not trying to be a jerk, but saying how it is, it is what it is no matter if we like it or not.
