YES, Krupp's is for sale

We think our reason is legitimate-Richard is 77 and I, Sandy 75. We've been here-this will be our 21st winter. If we were 20 years younger, we would not even be thinking of selling. Sure, its work--we worked our previous jobs also-difference between is enjoying your work. Owning your own business is what you want to put into it. We've enjoyed "people." We've made so MANY, long lasting friendships-a lot of repeat business that we look forward to. Some have said, we are not of their blood but we are part of their family. We think that is as special as it can get. And, many call me their "UP mom." Many have asked what our plans are-we will be moving just a little way down the road. We bought lake property and built a home so we'll have a place to move to-until then, we keep heat low in the winter, mow in the summer and pay taxes on it. By staying close, our friendship with all of you will be long lasting and YES, Richard will probably continue grooming as long as he is able. $850,000. FIRM includes everything needed to continue the business.

Keep in mind people, you also get the incredible reputation that R & S built over the last 21 years,,,,, and their clientele.

Congrats on your success as small business owners Richard and Sandy, your both 2 very special people in my book. I hope you sell and life is as good as it can be for you guys, you earned it!

Thanks VERY MUCH, Lenny. And we haven't forgotten that before you moved to the area, you were one of our customers for MANY years-. We just say "if only we were younger." There are some things in life that you hate to see become "the past." I guess the proof of that is when a person works 10-12 years beyond retirement at age 65. And it works both ways-it is ALL of you out there that have made us who we are and just a "thanks" is not big enough for that. Signed UPmom----
PS-years ago on JDee someone started a thread asking how many children everyone had and I said "I'm like the old woman that lived in a shoe & had so many children she didn't know what to do. And that my friends is a good memory.

Good luck with the sale and retirement! "Resortin" is a tough business and all I have heard is good things about Krupp's.
