Jordie nelson: broken ribs , collapsed lung and lacerated spleen. defender obvious spearing, defenseless receiver, leading with helmet, out of bounds (no call) . was it just me but poor officiating this weekend?

packer needs to be near dead before the flag gets pulled.
It will only get worse next week.

There was a stud there he was just showering after lighting up the best D in the league.

Not sure the giants r the best D in league by stats or eyeball test.

If GB and seattle wins see if he can beat his kyptonite, big games against the NFC west.

Right....as you have said in past seasons, unless we win the super bowl us fans shouldn't be happy.. ...LOL...unlike my pov where I enjoy every victory as a bonus.
It's great to be a Packer fan.

I said if I was a packer fan I WOULDNT be happy....your a different story

When you have an alltime great on your team at the most important position....losing first or 2nd round of playoffs every year would not make me happy.

Kinda like the Chicago blackhawks, we aren't happy unless the cup comes home, best record or conference champs is disappointing, but some are OK with every kid getting a trophy mentality.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Lam-Bowl

The newest culinary creation will debut at Lambeau Field Sunday for the Green Bay Packers-New York Giants playoff game.

Created exclusively for the playoffs at Lambeau Field, the bowl is filled with three pounds of Green Bay fan favorites: Johnsonville Sausage, Sargento Cheese Curds, Patrick Cudahy Bacon and Tater Tots. It is topped with Leinenkugels Bavarian Dunkel Beer Cheese and Red Cherry Peppers, and sold in a souvenir Lam-Bowl for $10.

The three-pound meal in a bowl was unveiled Friday by Delaware North Sportservice, the food and beverage partner of the Packers.

Was in line waiting for a soda when the guy behind me started to just rave about this item. Boy was he pissed when the last one sold out just prior to kick off. Looking at his size, he really didn't need the calories:).

I was at the game, and it did remind me a lot of the giants NFC championship in GB, except the tides were turned. I will never forget looking at the Green Bay bench on that very cold 2007 day. Farve looked like he wanted to just go to the locker room. This time, it was the Giants that looked that way. The number of guys sitting on the side lines with the blue coats was unreal vs the GB side.

Glad for the win. 1st 25 minutes looked very rough. Back 35 min wasn't a contest.

they were # 2 defense in league coming into this game.
just shut down the skins and held cowboys to 7 points a month earlier.

IDk that real time hit on Nelson looked clean and hard. The slo-mos looked punishing and a lot like a spearing. This used to be an every game play. Wow have things changed!

Like it or not WD in today's NFL that's a flag for hitting a defense less receiver with crown of helmet. League admitted they missed the call. It's not our fathers NFL we're watching anymore.

Yes, it was NOT a legal hit, and this was confirmed later in the game by Mike Pereira, the FOX officiating analyst. It should have been flagged. I thought it was for hits above the shoulders, but no longer the case when leading with helmet anywhere.

Sure was on video replay not so sure in real time and all angles. Officals don't miss a lot of these but a few here & there.

This type call is not the one to miss!!!!!!!!!! The strength of these players today is unreal.

Not in real time humans can only catch so much ....if you want every call there would have to be a video review and lots of down time...I don't see that happening. If you have NFL ticket watch multiple games this happens all the time. I'm good with it but the call doesn't heal Nelson anyway...unfortunate part of NFL football.
