A couple of days ago, Sid Huntsman from Klim was kind enough to take time to visit the crew of Flatlanders from MomsMotorSportsfor a day of riding and interviews in Island Park. Thank you Sid.

That's neat! Quality stuff that I hope to own some day when I grow up. Nice to see he's riding a Pro!

i wish he would of explained where the name Klim came from.
I would also like to ask him can they get their sizes to match up accordingly. Everything I own of klim is a double XL and I wear a L to an XL. Whats up with that?

I am an XL so you would think that I would need an XL. My Everest pants I had to order in large??? They do need to get sizing matched up better on some things but the bulk of my Klim gear fits as stated. (and I have a ton of it). I do not have the boots or helmet and I have heard that those items are the most inacurate for sizing. Anyone know if that is correct? My RUOutside boots started leaking and I am in the market for a new pair. I wear 12 wide shoes, so should I go with a 13 or 14 boot in Klim?

my klim gloves (don't know the exact name) are a double XL and I wear a XL comfortably. Also have a couple of pull overs that are a size bigger than I normally wear. Aren't your RUoutside boots guaranteed for life?? You should be able to get another pair free of charge?

Definatly 14 on the boots. I wear a 13 wide shoe, could wear a 12 but I like the extra toe room. Couldn't even get my feet into the radium or arctic size 14's, adrenaline was the only one that fit. If I had one recommendation to Klim, it would be to make size 15 boots.

I am not sure. I don't have my reciept, but they say RUOutside all over them. I know they are not making this model anymore. The stitching on the uppers is coming loose and I suspect that is how water is getting in.

My r-u-outsides started leaking where the sole attaches to the upper. As far as I know, they are not warrantied??
