TEAM TRENCHER is born

A new team was born over the weekend in the U.P. We decided to call it team trencher because of the way the snow looked when we were done. No need to finesse the throttle on team trencher, just replace it with a toggle switch (On/OFF). Only two positions needed, turn her on and dig her deep (the trench) off is to stop. Feel free to show us your trenches. JasonO lets see what we got on your camera.

Great Team Name! I hope you saved some trench-able snow for Team Hennessey?

Evidence

Well, we did do some significant trenching this weekend! I picked up my new Summit on the way UP, so I had a bit of learning to do with the new hardware. But, it wasn't just me doing some trenching, I've got the evidence!
1. Not really a trench, but a hole that the Smelly Cat bucked Stack into!

2. Stack napping in a trench? Maybe just coming to terms with the weekend.

3. Trench LUV

4. Almost made it, too much trenching
trench 4.jpg
5. My new trenching hardware

I guess you have to click on the pic to make the trenches look bigger...

4.Double trenches

5. Jason, the 'Yooper Trenching Logger', YTL. I'd say he knows the sweet spots well.

We did leave plenty of areas to trench, but we're not telling where we made our trenches!

Ezra-- The Stack man had her taped to the bars all the way to the end and gave her the old college attempt. I thought he had it but the cornace at the top stopped him. The pic is alittle deceiving, that was a pretty good pull.

You guys with all of your child's play stucks. I have a picture I will post soon of the stuck of the season or century for UP riding.

I'm not sure you can consider that a "stuck" vs plain ol rider misfortune! lol

It took 6 of us over an hour to get it out and the other 3 on the scene couldn't do anything in the two hours before we got there. It is a stuck with minimal damage LOL. I wish I could take the credit for this one but unfortunately can't.

Well, in the first pic up there, had Stack's sled gone where his body went, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have gotten the M8 out by ourselves! Thank god, because we did enough digging in the wet heavy snow on Friday as it was.

Another view of the above......

Yes this was operator misfortune (major error). This will haunt Stack for some time to come. You guy's & your trenches, you do realize that you need an exit strategy before you get into that kind of predicament, unless you like digging out of course, then you're doing what you like. Again, you guy's should have stuck around for Sunday, your trenches are barely visible now, during Saturday's outting we were forced to cut our day short due to poor visibility so we hit it again on Sunday, all I can say is Wah!!! My first back to back this year & Sunday was waist deep POWday with throttle's pinned!-Mezz

Stuck of the decade!

From the bottom of the hill looking up.

From the top of the hill looking down.

Level with the sled. You can see the tunnel is stuck on one tree and the ski is stuck in the stump of another.

Thanks for the entertainment, Mitch. Glad you're OK and that the damage wasn't severe.

I have to go with rider misfortune on that one VS. a stuck. I think sled has to be stuck in snow to be a stuck. Looks like a cat tried to climb a tree and missed a step. I can see that its stuck up a tree but I'm not sure its touching snow. Hahahaha
