I used the tracks usa on 121 to 136 loved it I went with 1.5 track but now I have the cobra 1.325 and that throws up lube better than my 1.25 ripsaw did also helped my dad to 2 extensions the same on one with 1.25 track and 121 to 144 on other with 1.25track real simple every thing fit perfect I personally will never go back to 121 would like to ride a 144 more on trails once but my 136 I think is the perfect trail machine

We did the 121-136 extension this summer with the tunnel extension too. Bought a new take off Cobra 1.375 from a guy on Snow west. For what we're doing it was a great set up. As ezra said, it works really well on some forest roads and some off trail playing, but really rides nice on the trail too. Not sure about to much playing on the side hills and through the trees though. I also put a set of bergstrom triple point 8" skegs on it and it tracks real well through the corners.

One thing you didn't say was what sled you were doing this to. We did it on a 2000 ZL and now I've got it listed for sale in the sled section (check out the photos if you want to see how it all looks) because after riding it a few times my kid (it's his) decided he couldn't throw it around as much as he'd like so he's trying to move it out this season still so he can save up and get something more set up for off the trail. If your thinking a trail sled will go into the "deep boondocking" just cause you put a longer track on it, don't plan on going too far cause you still have a sled set up for the trail not the trees.

I did the 121'' - 144'' with a tracks USA extension kit this fall and rode all winter with it. I got the cobra track. This was on my 2010 600 IQ shift. I will never ride anything less than a 144'' now. I probably rode about 600 miles after extending the track and the vast majority of it was on trail riding. The sled did much, much better with the 144''. You should go with the 144''.

The key to not having it push in the corners is to tighten your limiter strap at the front of the suspension skid when you have it out of the tunnel. All you need to do is tighten it just 1 hole.

Also after you put on the tunnel extender, get some aluminum 1 or 1.5 inch angle and run it underneath the tunnel from the old stock tunnel to the new extension. You'll probably need about 16'' on each side of the extended tunnel. This will beef it up. i could jump no my tunnel extension.

go with the 144'', tighten the limiter strap, and reinforce with aluminum angle. you won't regret it.

the cobra is what I would go with 1st then intense. and rip saw is worthless in deep snow

I extended my track this fall also from a 121 to a 144. I went with the cobra because trackusa said I would be much happier with it over the ripsaw. I love it both on and off trail and trackusa was very helpful. I do have one issue with the track as it's lost a few lugs within the first 300 miles. I will be sending it back to camp last for warranty work. Highlly suggest going with the 144 tip up rails.
