I did the 121'' - 144'' with a tracks USA extension kit this fall and rode all winter with it. I got the cobra track. This was on my 2010 600 IQ shift. I will never ride anything less than a 144'' now. I probably rode about 600 miles after extending the track and the vast majority of it was on trail riding. The sled did much, much better with the 144''. You should go with the 144''.
The key to not having it push in the corners is to tighten your limiter strap at the front of the suspension skid when you have it out of the tunnel. All you need to do is tighten it just 1 hole.
Also after you put on the tunnel extender, get some aluminum 1 or 1.5 inch angle and run it underneath the tunnel from the old stock tunnel to the new extension. You'll probably need about 16'' on each side of the extended tunnel. This will beef it up. i could jump no my tunnel extension.
go with the 144'', tighten the limiter strap, and reinforce with aluminum angle. you won't regret it.
