Da Bears have competition at every position since Fox & Pace took over but will the team be a lot better & win many more games?

Upon further review, the Bears still S*%#.........

Pete, you've been in Wisconsin to long to still be hanging on to that team.

Bears & Cubs are my teams & been in WI since 79...Baseball has lost it's luster for me but NFL better than ever & the Cubs finally could be good for many years. I have NFL ticket so I can watch best games of the week plus Da Bears. Da Bears are headed in a good direction after the Emery /Trestman diaster & were competitive in most games last season. Fox and Pace are on the right track in a tuff division. The Fox turnaround as been big in the Ws in his second year team traditions so will it happen for Da Bears? Really a lot more talent & depth at every position than last year. Also new NFL season means the snow will fly soon too. :)

Bears are a better team no doubt. Upgraded almost everywhere but RB and TE.

The worst I see them doing is 6-10, best 10-6. If cutler plays like last year they will be in the hunt for playoffs. I was reading some stats the other day and its unreal how much more Qb's like brady and Rodgers lose when their defense is below top 15 ranked. Ill see if I can find that article.

I don't buy into Vikings. Bridgwater is a game manager, which is why I cant buy into them. Even tho cutler/stafford make mistakes they can take over a game if need be, something bridewater cant do. they have to play with a lead.

packers are still team to beat solely because of rodgers, as i don't like their overall roster very much. but If pepp and Mathews stick with the juice they should continue to produce ;)

The best thing that could happen for the Vikes would be if Bridgewater's right leg fell off. Then they could go and buy Colin Kapernick.

Pack showed true color last year. How did the playoffs treat them?? Ohhhhh thats right..... By the way super Jordy screwed his other knee up.... One trick pony Rodgers....

Window closing on Pack. O line all free agents next year. D line patched together this year. Was Rodgers missing Nelson last year or are his best years gone? Brady makes no named guys look good when his starters go down. Rodgers not so much. Could be missing the PED guys for a few games. Will Nelson ever be the same? Will Fatso keep the weight off? Lots of questions for Pack. They are being anointed division champs based on their past and not on their current roster. Plus after the starting roster they are very thin in many areas. A few injuries here and there will mess them up. Just like last year.

As I recall Slim, the Pack actually won a playoff game...the Queens did NOT - as usual! OT loss to play for NFC championship nothing to be ashamed of. MN clearly has nothing except for Peterson, and 30+ yo running backs fall off in production sooner, rather than later. If Jordy is healthy, Lacy keeps the lbs off, and a couple of key rookies and 2nd year players produce, this should be the typical (yawn) Pack NFC North championship.

Vikings have a real roster. Probably top 3 in NFL maybe even the best roster top to bottom minus QB. The pack have top QB but chit roster. We will see which one prevails. QB is ultimate trump card. But the window is def closing on the pack. I wonder if all this family stuff will also effect rodgers. His personal life is a bleeping mess. We could see the wheels fall off.

Quite possibly the most ridiculous post of the year award? (above) So the Vikings are going to the Super Bowl, huh? 0-4 in Super Bowls and not changing this year, sorry.
Tell you what, we can take this off-line via PM...I got $100 that says the Queens don't even reach the NFC championship. Put money where mouth is? Easy money for me.

Agree Vikes roster is pretty darn good really good at WR. Rogers looked ordinary when chased around & receivers could not get separation. Lacy is a good back in Q4 very punishing when Pack has a lead. On Da Bears many think White is special good size & blazing speed...time will tell you can't teach speed & Fox likes speed on NFL roster. Bears do have upgrade at RB drafed Jordan an inside runner maybe better than Carey plus Perry & Rogers are back but Perry maybe odd guy out but good special teams player.

Are you talking to me haha? If so who said anything about super bowls... NFC title games..etc.

I said in above post i dont believe in bridgewater and the pack are still team to beat in north.

But the vikings roster is superior to the packers besides QB.

The bottom line is the pack are one injury away from a dumpster fire. Not the case with vikings, they have youth and depth, A real defense and IF a big IF bridgewater comes around they could be a threat to the NFC.

IMO the most impressive part of Vikings roster is O and D line. That is a combination that has knocked the packers out of the playoffs the last 5 years with san fran, seattle, Arizona. Don't think its a coincidence that's what zimmer is building.

Cant agree bears have upgrade at RB. They lost forte. I think they have enough to get buy but matt forte is among the leagues best all around RB's. But its better to get rid of him a year early than a year late.

Bears will be better than people expect

Sure Forte is a hall of famer someday but getting old in the tooth not worth the bucks Pace was correct to let him go not have Forte against the cap. I wish Matt the best a class act for sure gave the team his best every game. But with that said RB by talented comittee is best & what Fox likes as well as BB with the Pats.. Da Bears do have a talented group of RBs and if Jordan is anywhere as good as Langford was as a draft selection da Bears will roll. If Cutler goes down and he will ,always does, Hoyer can play win some games & Fales in what 3rd year now? Bears could surprise make playoffs their schedule is pretty easy this year & if Fox gets them clicking Bears will do well. I agree Pack has been good for years but nearing a dumpster fire...it happens. Average NFL player in league 3 years....NFL also means not for long....lol... Pack due for break down in need of younger players BUT Rogers is the best QB in the league pure thrower and can move around...no Cam Newton but every bit as good as Brady.

The posted Vegas odds are fantasy. Half of Dallas D is suspended. Seattle has a crappier O line than they did last year. Denver lost a lot of pieces. They barely even have a QB. The Steeler's star RB is suspended for at least 4 games. Brady is out for 4 games. Pre season NFL odds are for dreamers. I guess you have to start somewhere. But who wins the Superbowl will be the team that over achieves and has less injuries than other teams. Just like every year. It helps to be deep which the Vikes are and GB is not. If Rodgers goes down for any length of time GB is hosed. They even let Tolzoin walk. Goldilocks and Peppers could also be out for awhile. Although Peppers could easily die of old age before the season even starts. The only thing GB has going for them is strength of schedule but that is also a little skewed. Divisional games are always tough. I don't see GB winning the division.
