1" of slop here in SE WI. At this point with NO base in N.Wi, and the U.P trails will last if the snow ever comes until the sun comes out. I don't care if is 10 degrees or 30, the sun angle in March is so high it melts snow at any temp. Without a base going into March I can't see any good...

Can you imagine the clown fest when the first rideable weekend hits in U.P/N.WI??? I am not even sure at this point I want to deal with it. I am supposed to be in the U.P Feb 21-24 but I just don't see any meaning full snow in the extended forecast. Glad we had 10 great days in S.WI in Mid Jan.

I show 2 days like 42 and cloudy otherwise 33-38 and cloudy for Elkhorn. And from the 8th on looks to get to highs at freezing for below hopefully.

If I was going to Twin Lakes I would go south and west. This time of year going to through Hancock sucks, many times bare pavement getting through there.

You are going to find typical spring riding till the end. Meaning areas in full sun can be mud, plowed roads can be bare, but back in woods will 100% awesome. Plan your route to avoid towns, plowed roads routes and stay in the woods. Heck i trailer sometimes and off load in the woods and...

I know nothing about Air Ride shocks. But I have Ian at Monster Performance do all my shock work. IMO he is hands down the best shock guy in the USA for sleds. You fill out paper work with riding style your weight etc...... He then calibrates your shocks to where he feels they will give you...

Groomer still on 107 as of Thursday. We were in Kenton and a few guys came up the trail and said do not ride it’s 2’ moguls and has not been groomed in weeks. All other trails were great in area with new snow.

The sun even at 18-23 degrees melted snow fast yesterday. I had 7-8” of snow in the morning and by the afternoon about 4”. My gravel driveway was sloppy as well and it was 23 air temp.
