Currently NWS has issued this warning for MN and ND for dangerous wind chills and temps. I dont recall this warning term ever being used. Wind chill warnings yes, but not - - wait I just found that NWS chill warnings/advisories are now replaced with Extreme Cold Warning term starting 2011...
