Chance of a White Xmas in North Central WI?

I've been watching the same forecast and have fingers crossed as I am heading up Jan 16th, it looks good but will have to be substantial, the cold is also a big welcome. Big difference from the doom and gloom they were painting but I also thought I had heard the El'Nino was starting to dissipate...

I don't remember the year but got a "Green Machine"...I was the coolest kid on the block! and it was warm enough that year I was...

    Future of snowmobiling in Michigan!

could you imagine?? that would be the end of back pack trips, 100+ mile trail rides, jam ups at charging stations. That would be the end of the sport for me and Id be willing to bet for other than the techies who think this shit is cool it would be the end of an industry and businesses who rely...

    what was the latest start

Ill say it again...WHAT A VIEW! but not for this time of year, would rather be looking at a winter blanket right now. I feel for the businesses up there. Even the snow haters have no idea of the importance of snow to so many industries and people,

    what was the latest start

lost of doom and gloom being painted with this seasons weather patterns. I can remember riding in northern Wisconsin in the middle of December, then it was new years and as time went on, that got iffy and conditions forced our trips out further and further until one year we trailered from our...

F 7 Sno Pro axle shaft bolt removal???

I imagine it was the loctite that was holding it in? a little shop trick, if you have a higher wattage output electric soldering gun, put the tip of the gun on the head of the bolt for a few minutes, will heat and liquify the loctite and make for easier removal without having to use a torch...

    Catalyst delivery?

if that's the model you want, that's how much you have to pay for a "600cc" sled, pretty sure Poo XCR but oh yeah you get 50 more cc's is right in the same price bracket. As Hoosier said "they are all over priced, as is everything" funny though how we all still do it LOL.

    Catalyst delivery?

I had read something interesting last night about the 858 motor, Cat kept the cylinder bore exactly the same as the 600 motor, just lengthened the stroke, will be interesting to see the HP stats on the 858 but with the longer stroke it should drastically increase the torque.

    When You Were Fifteen...

I wasn't sitting on my phone, playing video games or stealing cars, I would have been outside hanging with my buds from the neighborhood, depending on the time of the year I might have been down at the lakefront or if there was snow I would have been riding my 1974 Polaris 440 Electra LOL

    Future of snowmobiling in Michigan!

We cannot deny that the "climate" or "weather patterns" are changing but it can be proven scientifically that as far back as we are able to show through records and through the history of the world itself that both have changed countless times and guess what, long before the consumption of...
