I understand your point. I just struggle to have sympathy for the 50% of the population that are dumb and can't see the weather conditions themselves. I'm going up this weekend regardless and follow the conditions more than most. even I have no idea what to expect after todays warm temps/rain...

I think it has more to do with not knowing what to expect after Monday/ Tuesday. Nobody can predict exactly how much damage will be caused by the rain.

Your post brings up another great point. Tim from Indiana and Shot2kill from IL think the state of Wisconsin needs more enforcement. I'm not sure the residents in the Northwoods want more enforcement for any of the laws..... Who said the Californian people moving out of state are ruining...
