Where can one put their money these days as a fair investment?

If you don't need it which at your age I would think you would not be touching it I would do it. I'm maxed out with CD's right now and they are the best return right now, most likely will get a little better with interest rate game being played to try and control inflation. Very conservative...

Where can one put their money these days as a fair investment?

Agree Gary, If there was something other than real risky we'd all be doing it I'm sure. Our best investment is the property we are sitting in right now but no payoff until we sell and not interested in that right now. In my opinion it will be like this until policy changes happen if and when...

Where can one put their money these days as a fair investment?

Alright, I'm 66 and and just treading water, no, actually losing ground like I'm sure everyone is? I'm down about 15% since Covid 3 years ago and not making up any ground. Whenever I do make a run, it just slips away again. Is there anywhere that is a safe 5% investment? The Silicon Valley Bank...

I would do it if they put me on a brand new sled, you only go around once in life, take the opportunities that are presented to you. I know these guys have done this before but just sayin, count me in if you need someone next year!

it's 36 and cloudy at 1:30pm here in MW, Just got back from the gym and trails look nice from the road, they groomed last night and not much traffic so should be awesome. Accu weather is showing 1-3" of snow into Friday, light snow on Saturday and Sunday with highs around 30, lows in the teens...

No offence if it's one of us but....

Yes, that certainly sucks when you get a virus like that. Happened to me once on a Company issued computer, I was click baited to something that caught my interest and bam! And it wasn't even raunchy, so these hacks are out there and really ffffing things up. Hope it all turns out well fr you...

3/7 MW, BJ, Presque Isle, Winchester Ride

Indy, I agree with the other posts, Sayner will be bare as will any town right now. getting gas is ugly so if you can fill up and not have to deal with that all the better. It's 38 and mostly sunny at noon in MW, amazing how the sun takes away what we had but if you do the trails that you have...

There are very rideable trails, you just have to get away from the towns and you find them. I think if we don't get snow on Friday it will be late season riding for sure, by that I mean get back into the forest and stay off road trails because they are burning through fast.

3/7 MW, BJ, Presque Isle, Winchester Ride

First, It was 38 and sunny today and I didn't leave until 1pm which is OK as I wanted to see how the trails are holding up. After anywhere from 4-8" of snow in our area Monday I would hate to of seen the trails if we didn't receive it. No cause for alarm but that new snow pretty much compacted...

Yes, it settled quickly and got heavy as cement. I blew out the driveway at 8am and it was a lot easier than at 12:00 noon.

    Lake trail markings

I second that, if you are not sure and there are no tracks better off not going there on the lake, things are warming and flowing under the ice in spots.

The path goes to the lake and we have stairs that we can walk onto the ice, walk my dog, ice fish, cross country ski, and other secret stuff!

5" in MW as of 7am Monday morning, still snowing lightly. It is good packing snow, NWS says possibly 2" more throughout the day. Picture is in my yard and shows what depth's are back in the forest, still up to 2ft in the woods.
