The drain plug is also the fill plug. AFter you drain the fluid out, which, if memory serves me correctly is 3 oz., flush with the diamond drive flush & replace the drive fluid, good to go.

They didn't have enough snow to work with until recently. The thaw we had wiped their snow out. With this recent storm, I'm sure they will get at it now that they have something.

Yes, the mat has been laid down & snow has been hauled in with the help of the City of Houghton crews. BTW, the stretch from the bug bar & Houghton is highly traveled to & from Houghton, perhaps another added explanation for it deteriorating quicker than the section North of Toivola.
