    More Trespassing Issues, Tomahawk Area

    I could be wrong but only a property owner can make a valid complaint on trespassing. Anyone can report it but like was mentioned, if not caught in the act of committing the trespass, it could be a wild goose chase. The DNR would be the agency to investigate recreational trespassing, IMO.
