Someone reported that a gang of hijackers went to a parking garage and demanded cars. Right off Lake Shore Drive. But they got scared away. Another person had their car hijacked while she was filling up at a gas station. They drove the car off while it was being fueled.

The Chines place on rt 70 West by Triggs does not serve breakfast. The new breakfast place is going where Cousins Sub used to be, right next to the Chinese Place. The Chinese place has good food, if it is freshly cooked. The buffet is $16 and incudes a drink.

Arrived up north this afternoon and noticed Lake Katherine had sign "lake trail is closed, ride at own risk". But did see around 7 sleds cross it. What about Lake Tomahwk and the creek area?

Drive by Lake Tomahawk tonight and that was not marked either , had the usual sign "Trail Close, Unsafe Ice"

Lake Minocqua still not marked as of Wed 5pm. Does anybody know what building is being built next to Kwik Trip (the one at Rt 51 and 70)? Looks like it could be another small type fast food restaurant. I also see people inside of Perkins, will that reopen as another restaurant??

What is current value of it you think? It was the first model that came out in 2011 and has been the best sled I ever had. Very smooth ride. 6k adult driven miles. New carbides, battery,oil, filter, slides, and wheels. I thought you only change oil on it every 3k miles??

I got an oil change and a new battery Yuasa (the old one was an Interstate battery that lasted 3 years) and sled is running great. I have 6k miles on it, what is the most miles anybody has heard on a ski doo ACE touring sled? is 10K possible? I ride around 300 miles per year.
